About Us
Narmada Bio-Chem Limited (NBCL) is a fertilizer manufacturer, supplier and importer in India, offering a comprehensive portfolio of fertilizers and nutrient-management products across diverse nutrient sources, formulations and specialised applications. Our portfolio includes organic and biofertilizers, chemical fertilizers, speciality fertilizers, water-soluble and liquid fertilizers, along with organic manures, micronutrients, soil conditioners and other products designed to support crop nutrition, improve soil fertility and contribute to long-term soil health.
Established in 1996, our business began with the partnership firm National Organic Fertilizers, with a focus on the manufacturing and sale of fertilizers. Over the years, we have expanded our manufacturing capabilities, distribution network and fertilizer-marketing operations, building a broad presence across the agricultural value chain.
Our manufacturing operations comprise four technologically advanced units equipped with modern machinery, with a combined annual production capacity of approximately 4,25,000 MT. These facilities are supported by dedicated quality-control laboratories for testing raw materials and finished products, making us one of the leading fertilizer manufacturers in India.
Our distribution network comprises more than 2,000 dealers and 20,000 retailers across India, complemented by a presence in more than five countries. We serve a diverse customer base by supplying our products in packaged and bulk quantities across domestic and international markets, enabling us to respond to diverse regional requirements and customer needs across the markets we serve.
Alongside our manufacturing and distribution operations, we are engaged in the import and marketing of fertilizers. We have been appointed by the Government of India as a Fertilizer Marketing Entity (FME) for handling and marketing imported urea from JSW Jaigarh and Adani Dahej ports. During 2025–26, we sold over 1.5 million tonnes of imported fertilizers across India, establishing us as one of the largest fertilizer importers in India.

OUR COMPANY HISTORY

2025-26
Sold over 1.5 million tonnes of imported fertilizers across India.

Commenced commissioning of our largest manufacturing facility at Dahej, Gujarat, with an annual capacity of 0.5 million MT for DAP and NPK complex fertilizers.

Expanded the imported fertilizer portfolio by adding P&K fertilizers, including DAP and MOP.

Introduced Carrier-Based Granulated Biofertilizers and expanded our reach across 16 states in India.

OUR PRODUCTS
Organic Fertilizer
Organic fertilizers are derived from organic materials and processed or formulated to supply nutrients to plants. Depending on their composition, they can also contribute organic matter to the soil and complement crop nutrient requirements.
Organic Manure
Organic manures are prepared from decomposed or processed organic materials and are primarily used to add organic matter to the soil. Depending on their composition, they can support soil structure, moisture management and overall soil fertility.
Biofertilizer
Biofertilizers contain beneficial microorganisms that support nutrient availability and nutrient-use processes in the soil or around plant roots. Depending on the formulation and intended application, they may be used for seed treatment, soil application or placement near plant roots.
Chemical Fertilizer
Chemical fertilizers are formulated from nutrient-bearing mineral and chemical sources to supply specific plant nutrients in defined grades and formulations. They provide essential nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium according to crop and soil requirements.
Water-Soluble Fertilizer
Water-soluble fertilizers are formulated to dissolve readily in water, enabling nutrients to be delivered efficiently through fertigation and, where appropriate, foliar application. They support precise nutrient management according to crop requirements and application practices.
Liquid Fertilizer
Liquid fertilizers are formulated in liquid form for convenient handling and application. Depending on their composition, they can provide specific plant nutrients through suitable agricultural application methods.
Bio Liquid Fertilizer
Bio liquid fertilizers are liquid formulations containing biological components intended for agricultural use. Depending on the formulation and application method, they can support nutrient management and biological activity associated with crop production.
Micronutrients
Micronutrient fertilizers provide essential plant micronutrients such as zinc, iron, boron, manganese and copper. They are formulated to address specific micronutrient requirements and support balanced plant nutrition when these nutrients are required in relatively small quantities.
Soil Conditioner
Soil conditioners are formulated from materials intended to improve specific physical or chemical properties of soil. Depending on their composition, they may support improvements in soil structure, moisture management and other soil characteristics relevant to crop cultivation.
