RAW MATERIAL TESTING
We carefully select and source high-quality raw materials for our fertilizers. Before acceptance, each batch of raw materials undergoes rigorous testing to ensure they meet our quality standards and are free from contaminants
IN-PROCESS QUALITY CHECKS
During the manufacturing process, we conduct regular quality checks to monitor key parameters such as nutrient content, particle size, moisture levels, and pH levels. This ensures that our fertilizers are being produced according to specifications.
FINISHED PRODUCT TESTING
Once the fertilizers are packaged, representative samples from each batch are tested in our in-house laboratory. These tests include nutrient analysis, purity assessment, and product performance evaluation to verify that the final product meets our quality standards.
QUALITY ASSURANCE DOCUMENTATION
We maintain detailed records of our quality control activities, including test results, batch numbers, and production dates. This documentation allows us to track and trace the quality of our products, ensuring accountability and facilitating product recalls if necessary.

We strictly adhere to all relevant regulations and standards governing the manufacturing and distribution of fertilizers in India as per FCO 1985 guidelines.
